You’ll receive your proof within 10 to 14 business days after your homework has been completed. Once you’re fully satisfied with your new resume, we’ll send out the finalized documents within 2-3 business days. We understand that everyone has a different timetable to work with and if your dream job is only accepting applicants for the next few days, let us know, and we’ll set you up with an expedited turnaround for a reasonable additional fee.

We do not offer any placement or recruiting services, so we cannot guarantee job placement. However, we will work with you on your resume package revisions until you give us final approval! Past clients consistently recommend our services and we’re committed to making sure you walk away with a smile on your face.

Our team works during regular business hours, from Monday through Friday – 8 AM to 5 PM EST.

All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable, except as described below. Due to our full schedules and the labor-intensive nature of our work, we have a strict refund policy on all scheduled and attended phone calls, labor worked, and products provided.
Refunds may be issued as follows:
Full Refunds:
If payment is received and services are requested to be cancelled more than 48 hours prior to a scheduled interview, a full refund will be issued.
Partial Refunds:
If services are requested to be cancelled, either: (a) less than 48 hours before a scheduled interview, or (b) after the interview is conducted but before homework is submitted, a refund will be issued, less a $75.00 fee.
No Refunds:
Once homework is submitted to Storeyline Resumes, this initiates the process of writing your resume. After homework is submitted, NO refunds will be issued.
Any refund requested sixty (60) or more days or more following initial payment shall not be given. However, upon review of the circumstances of the requested refund, a credit for future work may be issued at the sole discretion of Storeyline Resumes.
Our services and products are completed by experienced professionals with years of strategic observation of resume writing. While we only provide refunds as set forth above, we do agree to revise and perfect your resume to your reasonable satisfaction. We will explain strategic style, language, or verbiage used, and ask that you trust our professionals. If any disapproval continues, we will revise to meet your reasonable satisfaction.
Unused Purchase:
We will honor your order for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase. If you do not finalize your package within one (1) year, your order will be closed and the package will be considered final.
